We Are Still In ended 2019 with a highly successful U.S. Climate Action Center at COP25, which hosted four days of programming and helped reassure the world that, even if President Trump withdraws from the Paris Agreement, American leaders from local governments, the private sector, and every corner of society will do more than ever before to accelerate climate action in the United States.

Unfortunately, 2019 also ended without a strong signal from national governments that they will adequately raise their climate ambition. The world is currently off-track to meet its goals under the Paris Agreement, which makes 2020 a critical year for our movement – not only to take bold action domestically, but to outsize our presence and influence on the international stage.
