This year’s Upper Midwest Association for Campus Sustainability (UMACS) conference theme is Diversity, Community, & Creativity: Elements for Sustainable Transformation. At the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE) conference last fall, we learned about the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This year will weave the SDGs into as many aspects of the 2019 UMACS conference as possible.
