Presenters
Debra Shepard, Sustainability Advisor, Wentworth Institute of Technology Debra is the Principal and Owner of Riverstone Sustainability, a consulting firm that helps organizations to measure, manage, and report their sustainability impacts. She has served as the sustainability advisor for Wentworth Institute of Technology since 2009, and has over 14 years of experience working with leading academic institutions such as Harvard and MIT, as well as clients in the corporate sector. Her expertise ranges from sustainability strategy and organizational development, to climate action planning, LEED project management, waste minimization programs, and community engagement. She also courses on greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction and sustainable energy at Harvard University and Merrimack College. Debra is a LEED AP and TRUE Advisor, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Biology from Boston University, and a Masters in Environmental Management from Harvard University. |
