Curriculum for the Bioregion, along with North Seattle College, and the Washington Center for Sustainability Education are hosting an Environmental Justice Faculty Learning Community, open to teachers and scholars interested in connecting with others doing Environmental and Climate Justice work. A morning workshop on climate justice, as well as afternoon breakout sessions will focus on environmental justice in the Salish Sea.

The Washington Center for Sustainability Education at Seattle University and Western Washington University is one of the regional AASHE Centers for Sustainability Across the Curriculum. Centers host workshops and other professional development opportunities throughout the year. If you aren’t able to attend this event, please consider attending one of the other upcoming events organized by a Center.
