The 2017 annual State of New York Sustainability Conference, Nov. 15-16 at SUNY Cortland in Cortland, N.Y. provides a platform for empowering and inspiring change, facilitating action, and for sharing, networking, and collaboration related to sustainability within the New York state’s higher education institutions.

Through facilitated conversations, workshops, and presentations about curriculum, operations, and community, and through networking opportunities, participants will play a role in advancing environmental performance at private and public institutions of higher education, support regional policy goals and initiatives, and drive the development of a generation of professionals for whom sustainability is a core tenant of their work and life philosophy.
