Smith College (Northampton, MA) is our current spotlight campus! In 2008, Smith introduced an orientation session about sustainability to teach incoming students how to minimize their environmental impact, dedicated a 200-acre tract of woodland as a living laboratory for teaching and research about the environment, and hired its first environmental sustainability director.
