The application period is now open for the AASHE Advisory Council. Applications for AASHE’s Board of Directors and STARS Steering Committee are not being accepted at this time as there are no open seats. Board and STARS Steering Committee recruitment will open in fall of 2025.

2024 Call for Advisory Council Applications
Consisting of leaders from higher education, businesses, nonprofits and government, the Advisory Council provides advice and guidance to staff on high-level strategy as well as specific programs and services, including STARS technical development.
Term: Two years
Open Positions: Unlimited
Eligibility: Applicants must be employees or students of a current AASHE member organization in good standing or affiliated with a STARS Partner Organization. Acceptance of an application does not guarantee the eligibility of a candidate. If, at a later point in time, a candidate is found to be ineligible, that candidate will be disqualified.
